Now you've got one.

M.O.M / M.V.P gets 10% off the price of their next stick purchased!

Got the title twice? Maybe even thrice?

It'll be 20% & 30% off respectively!

Who's the next M.O.M huh?

PS: Keepers get other special incentives...(of course...)
Wonder what's 'brewing'.... :p

MIX FORTUNE FOR BLACKS GUYS

In the earlier match, SIMply BLACKS lost 2-1 in Div 3 due to some poor refereeing while Div 2 BLACKS FC won 5-1 against SP Mustangs.

SIMply BLACKS vs Eldorado

The match started with BLACKS determined to prove a point against the "stronger" team. Going against odds, BLACKS actually took the lead with an early goal from Reeve. The slender lead is just not enough for BLACKS to last another 2 periods by only defending. They threw caution to the wind and went in search for the elusive 2nd goal. However, Eldorado counter attacked on an occasion and managed an equalizer in the 3rd period capitalizing on the BLACKS failure to close players down.
The match looked set to end in a tie when a poor referee decision cost BLACKS their game. One referee blew for BLACKS ball while the other blew for Eldorado's. The confusion led to Eldorado playing the ball first and taking a lucky shot past the stone BLACKS line.
What a robbery! That was the end of the BLACKS quest for victory as the buzzer is just minutes away.

BLACKS FC vs SP Mustangs

The match today against the Mustangs was not the best performance from BLACKS but yet they manage to take 3 points. Is that a sign of a strong team?
Mustangs started aggressively and tried to play with vigour but they were eventually outclassed by the BLACKS veterans. Ishak who shines best playing in TSH scored the 1st goal in the 15th minute of the first period from a really acute angle on the right side, catching the goalie off guarded.
On the restart, BLACKS double their lead through good work from Yoge and allow Venu to put the ball past the goalie. Gopi too got onto the scoresheet with his trademark sweep shot when he charge forward to receive a pass from Alvin. Ishak added to his tally with another before the end of the 2nd period.
In the final period, BLACKS who had been reminded several times from coach Lionel not to play down the middle actually did it again hence resulting in a Mustangs counter attack to stain Wayne's cleansheet (4-1). As Mustangs tire, its all the way BLACKS as they mount attack after attack before Venu add to Mustang's misery to end the game 5-1.
Today also saw action from another debutant. The 1.97m giant Magnus came on in the third period to familiarise himself with BLACKS system and played really effectively.
Good job! Cheers to the Victory!

Although it was a terrible lost to SIMply BLACKS in Div 3 but they had a MOM and that is Kannan. For Div 2 BLACKS FC, the nomination was Ishak and Venu who tirelessly covered alot of ground. But the final selected MOM for this match is Ishak. Let check out what they have to say:

How do you feel being the MOM?

I: It was great to be selected! I think we have improved alot from last year as we seem to be more confident especially on the first touch of the ball.
K: I am happy and shocked because it was unexpected. I thought everyone played well, exceptionally well.

What do you think the team can improve on?
I: We should be more composed. Pass the ball earlier if possible as the earlier ball will give more options and make life easier for the forwards.
K: Floorball is a team sport. Every player's contribution counts. We must align our aim and goal then the team will be formidable.

Any particular tip/skill you want to share with the team?

I: Take a step forward to receive the ball and not be static!
K: I found some good points. They are... bouncing ball- body first. 50/50 ball- always approach the ball, don't wait for it to come to you. In terms of strategy, we need to co-operate for teamwork. Lastly, just enjoy the game.

TIDE CHANGING FOR THE GALS?

SIMply BLACKS gals teams beat the Road Warriors 7-2 yesterday noon at Tampines Sports Hall. It is one of the biggest win for the ladies in a competitive match since formation of the club. Has the gals team finally awaken from the slumber and ready to move on?

The match began with the Road Warriors going in aggressively for every challenge. Fortunately, our ladies blessed with good refereeing could withstand the knocks and kept their composure. Realizing that they could do much more damage to the opponents if they shoot, they push forward in search for goals. Their efforts to take more shots paid off when a rebound from a shot landed on Ethel's path who calmly push the ball into the net to take the lead in the first period.

Morale up, our gals storm forward with 1 more goal when Aizha ran through the Road Warrior's centre area unchallenged and took a shot towards the right far post. The ball "rolled" all the way in with everybody including the opponents goalie wrong footed, confirming the point that when you shoot, shoot with accuracy over power. That gave BLACKS a 2 goal advantage going into the 3rd period.

Sensing a win near, Baoying put another past the goalie from an assist by Winnie on the restart of the 3rd period. Overjoyed, BLACKS got complacent and lost concentration. That allow Road Warriors to come back with 2 goals to make the score 3-2. BLACKS suddenly felt a sense of gloom over their head. Will they let in the 3rd and then go on to lose the match?

With coach Jaime's constant encouragement, the gals are determined to win this one. Baoying again scoring by beating one player to put the ball past the goalie on a breakaway (4-2). With some reshuffling of the lineup, Ethel came on to bring the ball down the right flank to shoot past the goalie in a very tight corner. That boosted the gals morale again and Melissa too got onto the score sheet by smashing the ball into the top corner from Baoying's pass. Yashi ended Road Warriors misery with the last goal when her sheer hardwork won her the ball from the opponents defender to go on to push the ball into the goal.

Finally a convincing win for our ladies! Congrats!

The team on a whole played well. This included the defenders who although did not score but gave the front players assurance to push forward. Coach Jaime had a hard time to decide on the MOM. She did choose Ethel for her consistency throughout the game in the end.

Wow! Great job gals! How do you feel being the MOM on top of this sweet victory?
E: It was very unexpected. I thought Wang Wee should be chosen as MOM because she did not start the game but yet came on later to play very well. I think the whole team played well today and Im proud of that!

What areas do you think the team can improve on so as to win more matches?
E: We need to tighten our defense and not give the opponents too much space!

Any tips that you can share with everybody regarding floorball?
E: Always approach the ball and not wait for it to reach you when receiving a pass. Be aggressive but not hurt anybody!

Well done to the gals again! Lets go down to catch the action from the Div 3 and Div 2 guys later!

Well Done Blacks!!!

It was a good weekend for BLACKS. In the first game of the Sunday matches, SIMply BLACKS guys won MS Victoria 5-0 in an one sided affair. Following that, BLACKS FC beat the other Victoria team 9-2 while our ladies did well to keep the score line low against the more experience Motorola Pinkies at Tampines Sports Hall.

SIMply BLACKS guys vs MS Victoria 2

The game was all about BLACKS as the opponents were much smaller in size and younger in age. Out muscled, there was not much the Victoria boys could do to muster any challenge or threaten BLACKS except for an occasional counter attack. One of the rare find this season, Jian Hong opened the account for BLACKS. But it was Charles who completed the hat trick by scoring a beauty with a turn and drag shot away from the outstretching goalie.
Looks like Charles is finding the scoring touch as each game progress this season. Another player consistently scoring is non other than Reeve. The player also used the similar type of turn and drag shot skills to put one past the goalie to seal the final nail into the Victoria coffin. There should be more to come from our Div 3 guys as they march on with their improvements. Several players are improving individually and will be on course for glory.

BLACKS FC vs MS Victoria

BLACKS knew this is an important game because they have to get the 3 points and the goals. Armed with their new signing Arland, BLACKS have more fire power up front. On top of that, the new position for Alvin playing as a forward and Ishak as centre bore fruits. The Alvin Arland partnership got a total of 6 goals with each of them getting a hat trick while Ishak got a hat trick of assists and a goal. Gopi too got onto the score sheet with a spectacular long range effort to place the ball in the top corner. Venu joined in the spree with a goal too. The result was fair but not flattering as BLACKS again left it too late to move into 5th gear. However, with coach Lionel back and some training, BLACKS should improve by leaps and bounds if they gel as a unit.

SIMply BLACKS Gals vs Motorola Pinkies

The gals had a really tough match against a more experience and skillful side. Nevertheless, with the presence of their coach Jaime, they had more confidence and gave the Pinkies a run for their money with 2 goals. A goal by Melissa and another from an unlikely source; Winnie! The goal is a boost to this new player and will definitely leave her "screaming for joy". The gals although bombarded by the Pinkies, held tight to their defending and were brave. Although losing, BLACKS ladies left Tampines Sports Hall feeling they have done a good job. Lets wish them well and more improvements in time to come!

From the 3 games, there were several outstanding players. The Div 3 guys played very well as a team and gave their coach "the KiM JiO" a headache who should be the MOM. 2 particular players singled out is the fiery Jokim and the cool Jian Hong. Jokim after a short layoff to seek "zenness" returned to the team with some very good defending and ball distribution. Jian Hong on the other hand improved much with his ball control that he made more seasoned players in the team look bad. We are unable to catch up with the 2 of them this week but keep a lookout as I am sure that they will be MOM again if they continue to put out such performances.
The Div 2 guys too had 2 players singled out by Lionel. The debutant Arland scored a hat trick and ran non stop to deserve mention. While goalie Fabius again playing in weaker health status saved many shots. However, it was Fabius who Lionel gave the MOM to for his consistency in goal. Achieving his 2nd MOM in his 2nd BLACKS appearance!
The ladies' coach Jaime chose their MOM to be Li Fang for defending resolutely against the much tougher opponents. Our stand in reporter caught up with her after the match to chat. Lets find out more:

So how did you feel to be the MOM today despite a really hard game?
L: I feel elated to be chosen. Its an honour and it gave me more motivation to improve.

Any secrets to become the MOM you can share?
L: I think its mainly having composure in the game. I feel more calm today hence I can deliver the goods.

Is there anyone you would like to thank for your improvements? Any scandals we can enjoy?
L: Oh... no scandals please... Just like to thank the team and especially the coach for her patience and believe she have in us.

The End

Announcement: There will be a hit around on tues at Keming for those who want some practise. Lookout for details!

BLACKS DIV 2 GUYS & GALS NOT FULFILLING POTENTIAL!

14th July 2007: Saturday's match for the Div 2 guys and Div 2 gals at 2 different venue of RP and TP respectively ended on a stalemate. Both the guys and gals could not finish their opponents off despite being served with a platter of opportunities.

The guys game against their nemesis SMU Hunters started on a brighter note in the first period when Gopi threaded a pass to find Alvin unmarked just pass the the half court in a smaller RP court (vis a vis Tampines SH) . Alvin upon receiving the pass took a first timer to place the ball pass to the right of the Hunters custodian to take the lead 1 to nothing. The tag team between the 2 players was again featured at the heart of the BLACKS attack this week. However, complacency sets in and BLACKS allowed Hunters to come back with an equalizer to end the 1st period 1-1.

The 2nd period was terrible for BLACKS when the guys went to a screen saver mode and was just not up to the mark. The Hunters put another pass Wayne to take their lead to 1-2 and caused panic in the BLACKS camp. Things got worst when both Ming Cong and Alvin were sent off for 2 mins. First, Ming Cong got sent off hence a box play and then Alvin thereafter, resulting in a 3 vs 5 situation. The remaining 3 of Gopi, Chris and Yoge defended resolutely to keep the Hunters onslaught at bay. Finishing period 2 with a goal down.

With the strong team spirit within the guys, they decided that getting no points from the game was not acceptable and that the 3rd period will be the deciding period. They drew all the inspiration to subdue the Hunters and replied with Kenneth equalizing with 4 mins to the final whistle. The last 4 mins was all the way BLACKS but SMU held up to tie the game 2-2.

Some of our gals who turned up to help out with the match secretarial job then had to move on to TP for their game against the One West Supernovas. Their game started with our gals all fired up to draw blood from the visibly smaller and younger opponents. However, things did not go as planned and they failed to get 3 points, finishing the game goalless.

The first period started with the gals in control with the Supernovas trying for counter attacks and playing on the break. Our gals tried to perform but just could not get their engine going. It felt as though the panic bug has struck them again. However, they did not give up and kept trying. Supernovas little gals responded by showing BLACKS a thing or two with some trickery and at times threatened Michelle (gals goalie) .

The 3 periods were of almost the same speed and excitement but similarly there was just no finishing from the both sides. Therefore, the game ended with the whipping gals (Brave Supernovas) drawing a point from the game. Our gals disappointed with their result did some soul searching after that and hopefully they can up their games to come. However, action always speak louder than words hence BLACKS TIMES would like to urge the gals to do not some soul searching but some "skills searching".

Cheers! You all will see rainbow someday but only hard work will bring you there...

Tough games for both guys and gals but when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Two nominations were made for the MOM for the guys and 1 was nominated for the gals. Chris and Wayne was selected and eventually Chris was chosen to be the MOM for this week. While for the gals' MOM was chosen by their coach Jaime to be Esther; a star defender in the making. Lets read what they have to say:

1) How do feel being selected as MOM this week even though the result was not fantastic?

Chris: Ok lor... Thanks... I feel its the team that is the most important. We must get the result. I hope to be MOM again but more importantly we need to WIN!!!!
Esther: No feeling leh... Ok... Maybe quite happy... Actually, I did aim to get a MOM sometime bacause I am confident I can. I guess setting an aim helps to improve performance.

2) Only a draw... What areas do you think the team can improve on?

C: We need to be more organised and not be complacent. The teamwork could be better. We attacked well but finishing was poor. I think the area that we have to work on is to defend as a team and protecting our goalie better.

E: We need to take more accurate shots. Mentally, we need to be stronger. We play floorball to enjoy not to be stress out hence we must learn to "smile" on court!

3) Any tips/skills that you want to share with the team?

C: Hmm... I think we need to have both fitness and skills to complement the game. There must be a balance of both!

E: It is important to train as a line but its even more important to train yourself in skills or fitness at home first!

In another game of friendly between the Div 3 guys and NTU. The guys performed well to take the game 3-1. Congrats!!!

There will be a 3 on 3 open soon. Go to SFA webby to find out more!

Keep a lookout for BLACKS clubbing night soon!!!

Matters on Training

Guys, I wish to share with you all on this aspect. I understand that most of you are not able to train and thus, we sometimes can only train once a week. The best thing we can do is to maximize our time which means that we have to train on our own and whenever we have a chance to train, we need to train more on our game plan and tactical plan.

Four parts in training:

  1. technical

  2. tactical

  3. physical

  4. mental

Technical- Guys, our basic skills are not perfect yet. I believe that if u spend anytime you have be it in school, home or your office to train on things such as ball control, your shooting (different types of shots), you will definitely improve. Be consistent and you will improve. You don’t have to wait for training to do this. But of course, if you don’t know some techniques, you need to approach our coach and learn the right technique. After that, you can do it on your own at your own time. The least you can do is 15 minutes –30 minutes a day. That is good enough already.

Tactical- this is the part I should leave to the coach. But however, I notice that we didn’t video our game much. Why don’t we try to video our next game. So that we can correct whatever tactical and also positioning. In this way, our team is able to learn much faster. It also helps as our players will understand their roles better (offensive and defensive). I also notice that our prematch is a bit too brief. I understand that the coach was not here for our first game. We need to really cover every player’s role so that if we have better understanding, we can perform better.

Physical- This boils down to discipline. I know its very hard to train on your own. Who like to do running on their own??!! But if you are really fit, it will definitely help a lot in your game. At least you can do it twice in a week. What you can do is aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Aerobic- you can start to run 5km in 20 minutes. That’s the goal. You can either increase the distance or shorten your time. Anaerobic- more like interval running. Start doing 200m x 6 in 40 seconds. Again here you can increase the repetitions or increase the distance. Recovery is about two minutes between each run. For the strength part, I am sure you all ever step into the gym maybe except for people like GOPI. But if you are busy, you can always do push ups, one-leg squats, dips and crunches(mostly bodyweight exercises at home) I want you to focus more on ur core body which means your abs and also your lower body. But do a bit of upperbody.

Mental- this is the most important part of training and I am sure all of us don’t do it. It is the most easiest and yet the most hardest to accomplish.

Start with visualization. Need someone to help us burn international games so we can watch the best players play this game. We can then select our role model and imagine that you are actually him. Each time you watch him, imagine that you are playing. You have to do this everyday about 15 minutes of your time. The other thing is you have to visualize the positive things you did or going to do before every game or training. For post trainings and games, u have to visualize what have been corrected. Studies have shown that if you visualize, brain cant differentiate whether u do it physically or mentally. The signals in the brain indicate that it gives the same amt of effort when you do it physically. Hope you all understand this part. Deep breathing is to keep u at your optimal level of arousal. You shall not hit lower than 8 or higher than 8. Its bad to over psych or under psych urself as it affects your level of composure. I have watched videos of top athletes such as David beckham and Tiger wood, what I noticed that each time when they gonna make a good shot, the pattern is the same. For example, Beckham will always do the same thing before he takes the free kick and he will visualize before he actually took it. All this can start in training. Guys we have to move towards the science of sports so that we always have this extra edge.

The Importance of Pre-game nutrition for performance and recovery

Start 2 Days before game

Players should start their carbohydrate loading 2 days before match day.
Carbohydrate is stored in the muscles as fuel called (glycogen) and it takes 24 - 48 hours for the muscle to be fully restored and recovered after exercise.
Glycogen is the fuel burned in anaerobic activities. Anytime you are out of breath it is this store that is raided and if the store is empty you will run out of energy. Eating meat and no carbohydrates in the days before a performance is likely to cause you to run out of energy during the game.

Tips to maximize Carbohydrate store:

1) Rest, no hard training sessions where the carbohydrate stores would be used, as this would not leave enough time to re-fuel.
Stretching routines are also a good idea.

2) Eat often every 2 - 4 hours will help load the muscle stores

3) Consume high carbohydrate foods: every meal should include bread, rice, pasta, fruit, and vegetables

4) Avoid new foods

5) Avoid spicy or high fat foods they can slow digestion

6) Avoid alcohol 24 hours before the game

Match Day Food

Wake up 5 hours before your game.

All your energy for the game should already be stored in the muscles if you have eaten the right foods.
Therefore large meals are unnecessary because any energy intake will not be able to be called upon during the same day.
It is important to keep the blood sugar levels consistent during the game day.

Therefore avoid foods like

  • Chocolate Bars

  • High sugar cookies

  • Sweets

  • High fiber muffins

  • Beans

These cause a sudden increase in the blood sugar levels and, in response, the body produces insulin to bring these back down. The overall effect is that the blood sugar levels drop below the normal consistent level, making you feel tired, meaning you run out of energy before the end of the game. "This is known as the Mars bar effect"

Drink lots of water dehydration can cause depletion of muscle stores

Do eat easy to digest foods - High in carbohydrate, moderate fat and low in fiber
therefore EAT foods like:

  • Ripe bananas

  • Yogurt

  • Sandwiches peanut butter lean ham

  • Sports bar

  • Sports drink

  • Pasta

Coffee or tea is ok, as long as you drink plenty of water as well

Your last meal should be consumed 2-4 hours before your warm-up starts

Suggestions towards your diet prior to the game include:

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, fruit, toast peanut butter, juice

Lunch: Sandwich with, lean meat, fruit sports bar, water.

Rest of the time during build up before the match: 1 - 2 liters of sports drinks to keep your blood sugar stable

The most important thing is to work out what works for you and make it part of your pre-game routine for every game.

ENCOURAGING START FOR LEAGUE DEBUTANTS

It was not exactly a good day for our Div 3 guys and Div 2 gals but nevertheless there are some good experience to bring home to. The guys lost 5-3 to Tyreso Blue Titans and the gals lost 8-1 to the Singapore Schools Team. Tough teams to meet for the first match of the season.

The guys' game at Tampines Sports hall was an exciting affair filled with controversial referee decisions. Playing in the league for the first time, the guys had a terrible start conceding a goal and losing their key defender Derek. However, BLACKS with their determined players managed to come back to equalise when the opponent's goalie fumbled Reeve's powerful shot. They even took the lead through Melvin against the more experience Tyreso side to end the 1st period 2-1. On the restart, Reeve struck again to extend their lead by 2 goals. Tyreso sensing a possible upset, fought to pull a goal back to finish the 2nd period. In the final period, Tyreso rallied and came back with some aggressive game play to put 3 pass our goalie, wrapping up the game to the disappointment of our guys who had won 2 periods but only lost the last and eventually the game.

The gals' had a much tougher game at RP against the Singapore Schools Team pack with stars of tomorrow. Although the opponents were technically better, our gals started the game valiantly. They ran their hearts out and tried very hard even though the opponents kept pinning them back with goals. Their efforts eventually bore fruits with Yashi snatching a lose ball to finish off the one on one opportunity. On the whole, the gals have gained something from this match and it can only spur them on to greater heights as this is their first game in their very first season ever.

When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. From these 2 matches, 2 players were identified as they deserve commendation as the Man of the Match (MOM). They are Reeve for the guys team and Yashi for the gals. Lets find out what they have to say regarding today's performance.

How do you feel being selected as the MOM today?

R: I think I am just lucky today to get 2 goals today. I feel I have not peak yet and there will be more to come from me. Keep a lookout!!!

Y: I feel happy but still I wished it rather be a win for the team. I have wanted to score a goal like this for a long time already. Finally I got it tonight. I guess if you visualize and think positively things will turn out as it is.

What areas do you think the team can improve on?

R: We need to focus! It was terrible to lead for 2 period and to lose the game in the end. We must learn to take those hard knocks or taunting so as not to lose focus.

Y: Maybe we can have more players pushing up and take shots. In this way, we can attack as a team and defend as a team.

Are there any special skills/tips that you would like to share with BLACKS?

R: Nothing much for me but just a constant reminder. I take note to always run back to defend and not WALK back.

Y: Im always alert to opportunities for a shot as I feel that we should just try. Taking a shot means a chance at goal. Not taking any shots equals to no chance at all.

Finally, a special question to Reeve. Is there anyone special that motivated you to achieve your performance today?

R: haha... Well, I guess its the team overall that made me wanna win more. But If you are looking for other answers then you can come and look for me personally.

Thats all for this weekend.

BLACKS TIMES wishes the BLACKS family a better outing next week. Stay tune for more news report!

Do note there are some changes to the fixtures.

GREAT START FOR BLACKS ON 777 DAY!!!

Deck out in their new kit for the 2007 season proudly sponsored by financial planning company Pivotal Group, BLACKS FC fought back from 2 goals down to wrap up their first league win for the season! (BLACKS 3-2 Argonauts)

The game started with BLACKS conceding an early goal to Argonauts despite having a fair share of the ball possession. Things turn for the worst when the opponents put another past to up their lead to 2 goals. Fortune start to change when Alvin pull one back, receiving a beautiful pass from Gopi to end the first period 1-2.
BLACKS came out for the 2nd period with all cylinders firing and equalise with Azlan's crisp finishing, leveling the game. Against all odds, Chris(def) who seldom ventured forward, turn our opponents good start in the game into a nightmare finish by simply pushing the ball into the far post. With that Blacks ended the 2nd period 3-2.
Sensing an onslaught by Argonuats on the restart, BLACKS kept cool in the last period to end the game on 07/07/07 with a victory!

Well done! It was an entertaining team performance and was even filled with strange breathing rituals from Ishak. Players like Fabius(GK), Ishak and Chris should be commended for their efforts. Fabius's very first season with BLACKS and playing well, Ishak's non stop running and Chris playing through his injury and scoring! However, there is only one Match of the Match (MOM) and the team decided it was Fabius. He saved many shots and kept his concentration to prevent Argonauts' revival. We catch up with him after the match to find out what he thinks.-

1)How do you feel being the MOM for the very first game of 2007?

I feel very happy and honored to be selected as MOM especially on such a symbolic day on 07 July 2007. However, I will not be complacent and will fight to be the MOM for the games to come.

2) Great start, good win but it is still early in the season. Anything you feel the team needs to work on urgently?

I think there must be more communication during the game. In the 3rd period we played well and handled the pressure well. We need to maintain this! In the 1st period, we really need to get into the game faster and not take our own sweet time to settel down!

3) Any skills/tip for all BLACKS?

Im a goalie so maybe I share something for goalies. I think as goalies we need to shout at our players to mark opponents on the blind side. Communication as I said earlier is very important.

Well done BLACKS FC.! All the best to the gals and Div 3 guys for the debut tomorrow! Keep a lookout for the latest update on their matches!!!

Fight ON!

As you sit in front of the screen reading this, some of us would have started playing matches and some of us would be anxiously waiting for our first game.

Let’s ask ourselves…

Why are we in this team?

Why have we joined this league?

What are our team objectives?

Floorball is a sport where everyone in the team counts.
We are a TEAM.
Have a single person with a different goal (pun not intended) from the rest, and the team will not play at its best.

Winning, in this case, will be so much harder.

Visualise yourself in the game before you reach your Match Venue.
Visualise the moves you’ll make as a Defender, Centre, Forward and Goalkeeper.
Visualise the saves you’ll make, the shots you’ll take, the accurate passes, quick dribbles and the tricks you’ll play on your unfortunate opponents.

It’s been proven… it really works…

Whatever it is…
Remember this…

YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
YOUR FRAME OF MIND WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

We, as an EXCO, will like to take this opportunity to wish every single member of Blacks (be it Div 2 or 3 Mens and Div 3 Women) all the best in your upcoming matches.
You can bet that we’ll be there to support you all the way!

FIGHT ON BLACKS!
