SUNDAY TRAININGS (For ALL Ladies & Newbie Guys)

Venue: Spans Jom Clubhouse ( Ah Hood Road)

10 Sept 2pm - 5pm
17 Sept 2pm - 5pm
24 Sept 2pm - 5pm

Goals and Vision

* Commitment

- Attendance at training (easy as that, no need to explain much)

* Respect

- listen when someone is talking (basic courtesy, won't you want others to listen to you too?)

* Discipline
- do what you are supposed to do (use some initiative!)

- do your own self-training (training doesn't stop out of court, train your fitness and skill at your own time too! strive for continuous improvement if you wanna get better!)

* Punctuality
- show your sense of urgency (don't look sloppy!)

* Integrity
- don't lie to the team, don't lie to yourself. (honesty, the best policy)

* Attitude
- take trainings seriously (if you are not putting in effort, why do it?)
- be positive (training takes time! press on!)

- be enthusiastic (get excited! let your creativity flow!)

- be a team player (like DUH! its a TEAM sport!)

Ultimately, anyone who is not interested in the team or dislikes any of the practices may choose to leave the team.

For Guys' Training
- NO slippers
- NO ankle socks

- Always bring WHITE/BLACK top
