Here Comes the New Wave of Committee!!!

Many of you may have been thinking... Who and where are the new blood (committee) for this season???

Well, Guess no more... We are here to reveal all truth and information you have been waiting for...

SIM Blacks Committee of 2008
President - Venu
Vice-President - Kannan
Guy's Team IC - Charles
Guy's Team 2IC - Andy
Girls's Team IC - Teresa
Girls Team 2IC / Secreatary - Jiying
PR Manager - Naseer

So people, remember the big NAMES!!! Also, give them your utmost support cos' we r a TEAM!!! (Together Everyone Achieves More)

Goals and Vision

* Commitment

- Attendance at training (easy as that, no need to explain much)

* Respect

- listen when someone is talking (basic courtesy, won't you want others to listen to you too?)

* Discipline
- do what you are supposed to do (use some initiative!)

- do your own self-training (training doesn't stop out of court, train your fitness and skill at your own time too! strive for continuous improvement if you wanna get better!)

* Punctuality
- show your sense of urgency (don't look sloppy!)

* Integrity
- don't lie to the team, don't lie to yourself. (honesty, the best policy)

* Attitude
- take trainings seriously (if you are not putting in effort, why do it?)
- be positive (training takes time! press on!)

- be enthusiastic (get excited! let your creativity flow!)

- be a team player (like DUH! its a TEAM sport!)

Ultimately, anyone who is not interested in the team or dislikes any of the practices may choose to leave the team.

- NO slippers
- NO ankle socks

- Always bring WHITE/BLACK top
