GIRLS TRAINING! (:

FRESHIES TRAINING

There will be NO VALHALL TRAINING this week. Freshies with sticks are to join the TSH trainings from now onwards. For freshies with no sticks, do check this blog regularly for valhall trainings as house sticks are only available at valhall.

Goals and Vision

* Commitment

- Attendance at training (easy as that, no need to explain much)

* Respect

- listen when someone is talking (basic courtesy, won't you want others to listen to you too?)

* Discipline
- do what you are supposed to do (use some initiative!)

- do your own self-training (training doesn't stop out of court, train your fitness and skill at your own time too! strive for continuous improvement if you wanna get better!)

* Punctuality
- show your sense of urgency (don't look sloppy!)

* Integrity
- don't lie to the team, don't lie to yourself. (honesty, the best policy)

* Attitude
- take trainings seriously (if you are not putting in effort, why do it?)
- be positive (training takes time! press on!)

- be enthusiastic (get excited! let your creativity flow!)

- be a team player (like DUH! its a TEAM sport!)

Ultimately, anyone who is not interested in the team or dislikes any of the practices may choose to leave the team.

For Guys' Training
- NO slippers
- NO ankle socks

- Always bring WHITE/BLACK top
