n.b: wear any comfortable sports attire. bring your sticks along.
Please take note, all trainings are compulsory and attendance will be monitored in view of IVP. As such, all those who are unable to attend any of these trainings are to notify either Kenneth or Taufiq in advance and with valid reasons.
