a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who came down and helped out during the inaugural SIM Inter-Uni Floorball Championship 2010. Everyone of you played a BIG part in making the event a success, be it if you are tasked to be a ball boy/girl or stationed at the match registration booth. Without your effort and commitment to the club, we would never have successfully ran the event.
Hence to celebrate both the success of the event and also the girls clinching the chamionship trophy, we are going to have a BBQ session for everyone during one of the weekends. Details will be posted up soon.
SPORTS FEST 2010 'Ultimate Floorball Challenge 2010'
The next big thing for us is the Sports Fest 2010 where SIM Floorball Club would be orgainising the Ultimate Floorball Challenge 2010. Below are the event details for next week.
Mon (27/9) - Floorball Clinic
Tue (28/9) - Inter-Clubs Challenge
Wed (29/9) - Open Challenge (Round Robin Matches -Morning/Afternoon Session)
Thur (30/9) -Open Challenge ( Knock-Out Stages)
Fri (1/10) - 5 hour Floorball Marathon (UOL/UOW vs RMIT/UB)
OPEN CHALLENGE (for all SIM Students and Staff)
So for those who have yet registered your team at the booth, quickly message me @ 92738315 or email to me at floorball@clubs.sim.edu.sg with your team details. Team details would consist of your team's name, each members' name, nric no. and DOB. Payment are to be made on Monday @ our booth at the Grandhall.
We have cap the number of team taking part in the Open Challenge to 16 teams so hurry and message me your details so that you won't missed out playing 3v3 floorball at the Grandhall and also the chance of winning the attractive prizes.
