**Senior's Training**
Venue: Nexus Sports Hall (Big)
Date(s):July 31st, August 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
(Every Tuesdays AND Thursdays)
Time: 1900H-2200H (7pm - 10pm)
Bring
. both black and white tops
. waterbottle
. positive learning attitude
. enthusiasm
NOTE
. No ankle socks!
. Trainings will be MIXED until the guys can confirm a coach and ensure sufficient numbers for the girls

(Every Fridays)
Time: 1900H-2200H (7pm - 10pm)
