08/09 (Thurs) - UWC (Dover) (Guys - seniors)
09/09 (Fri) - Nexus (Big Gym) (Freshies)

12/09 (Mon) - Nexus (Small Gym) (Girls - seniors)
13/09 (Tues) - Nexus (Big Gym) (Guys - seniors)
14/09 (Wed) - Nexus (Big Gym) (Girls - seniors)

Be on court in your gear by 1900hrs sharp for all trainings. Bring your white and black tops. Inform your respective Girls' and Guys'-in-Charge if you are unable to attend training. See you guys on court.
