Time: 8-10pm (Be there and ready by 7.15pm, speed training shall start at 7.30pm)
n.b: bring white and black tops.
There might be a friendly match on wednesday, 9th Dec (8-10pm) for selected players @ TSH.

Event: Physical and Court Training for IVP and Div 3 guys team
Venue: Ulu Pandan Campus
7-8pm (Physical and Speed Training @ Ulu Pandan Campus) 8-10pm (Court Training Emaar Int'l School)
n.b: bring white and black tops. All players are to gather @ ulu pandan at 6.50pm. Those who are coming late are to inform me beforehand. (No later than 7.30pm.)
